We know choosing the right nursery is a big decision, and you may have lots of questions. To help, we’ve put together some of the most common queries about City Way Nursery. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

When can my children join?

We care for children from 6 months to 11 years old.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm.

How much do your sessions cost?

Our fees vary depending on your child’s age, hours and number of days. A full fee schedule is available on request.

Do you charge a registration fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable registration fee to secure your child’s place.

Are meals and snacks provided?

We provide healthy snacks each day. For children with funded places, lunch is available through our meal plan at an additional cost.

Do you accept government-funded childcare hours?

Yes, we accept funding such as the 15 and 30 free hours schemes, if your child is eligible.

Do you run a holiday club?

Yes, we run a Holiday Club during school holidays with a range of activities for children.

What is your sickness policy?

Children must stay at home for at least 48 hours after sickness or diarrhoea. If on antibiotics, they must remain at home for 48 hours after the first dose.

How can I register my child?

To register, you need to complete our forms and pay the registration fee. We encourage parents to arrange a visit first.

Are you Ofsted registered?

Yes, we are fully Ofsted registered and are proud to have recently received an Outstanding rating in our latest inspection.
